The WonderShell was designed for a daily use. This backpack fulfills everyday urban needs, as well as keeps your gadgets and belongings safe from thefts or external impacts, hits, falls and even the most slippery thieves. Moreover, WonderShell Backpack is so durable, that it can serve you longer than any daily bag known before.

Materials
We wanted to make WonderShell Backpacks accessible to the audiences who have different lifestyles, therefore we decided to provide a wide choice of materials for the exterior design. The backpack consists of front and back parts covered with different materials. The front part can be made of reindeer leather, cow leather, cow leather + fabric, and fully fabric covered. Back part always comes with a very durable material, same as we use for the sport backpacks.

Durability
The materials covering the backpack are strongly attached to the sturdy base. This way WonderShell backpack serves you longer than any daily bag known before. The base of the backpack is made of strong fiberglass, that can withstand a huge pressure: more than 90 kg/sq.m (18.4p/sq.ft). It keeps your gadgets protected from impacts and a wide range of accidents. And, WonderShell is so sturdy that you can use it as a small table or chair whenever necessary. All gadgets inside are protected with a soft and durable foam material. So, in addition to the fiberglass shell, your belongings are protected from hitting each other or bumping into the shell.

Anti-theft Protection
You can access to WonderShell inside pockets only from a back part. Such location of zipper ensures that you have secured anti-theft protection for your belongings. Besides, due to the strong base of the backpack, the most slippery thieves would not be able even to cut their way inside your bag.

Inner Pockets
Inside you have special pockets for the gadgets, notebooks, smaller belongings and additional space for other things to fulfill your daily urban needs. WonderShell contains specially protected pockets for 13 inches laptop, iPad or another tablet, pockets for two phones and three stretchy pockets for various things, such as sunglasses, keys or your favorite pen. And of course, you will still have a room for additional things.

Shoulder Straps
The shoulder straps are removable and easily exchangeable. You can change the positioning and wear the bag any way you want. Two straps, one strap and crossed straps for maximum security in case if you taking part in a sports activity or riding a bike. You can also carry it over just one shoulder.

Pre-Orders

You can pre-order some items that aren't yet available or take a special methods of manufacturing. Pre-order means that the product is not currently in stock and you must place your order as per normal if you'd like to secure your item before the it sells out.

Demand can be very high on certain items and frequently they can sell out completely via pre-orders before they physically arrive in stock. Pre-orders completion timeframes can take anything from 2 to 4 weeks wait (production time), so please ensure you are happy to wait when placing a pre-order as orders like this cannot be canceled.

Refunds

We accept unused and unopened orders return within 30 days of receipt for a refund. You will responsible for the return expenses.

Once a qualified refund is received we will process your refund as soon as possible. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Though shipping costs are non-refundable. Please take note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If for any reason you do not receive the credited amount within that time frame, please feel free to contact us.

Cancellation & Returns

If you wish to cancel an order placed at Wonder Designs store, please send us a confirmation email with your order number, stating your wish to cancel the order. If your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will not be able to cancel it and therefore request you to follow return instructions. Please take note you have 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us if you wish to return.

Exchange

We are not able to offer an exchange on returned items. If you want a different item, you will need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order. You will responsible for the return expenses.

Please note: returns and exchange are not available for pre-order items.

Worldwide Shipping (except Russia and North Korea)

We offer standard shipping (15-30 days) and express shipping (2-4 days).

Standard Shipping (10-30 working days estimated for arrival after item being dispatched)

Wonder Designs offers air shipping worldwide on orders placed on Wonder Designs website. Your order may be delivered to you either by the local postal service or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. Your signature will be required upon delivery. If you or someone on your behalf is not able to sign for the delivery, the carrier will leave a notice card to arrange a re-delivery at a suitable time.

There's no guarantee that the parcel will arrive within the defined time. Transit times vary based on the delivery location, customs inspection and others factor. You may also track your order by using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. You will receive an email when we dispatched your order from our warehouse, which it will include a tracking linkage. If your order hasn't arrived by the delivery date in your confirmation email, please contact us.

Handling time

Please allowed us to process your order within 1-3 days after the transaction. Orders could be delivered to most locations within 15-30 working days after the parcels left our warehouse. Orders made from Russia and North Korea will be declined.

Express Shipping

Express delivery takes up to 4 working days, depending on the time of purchase and your delivery address. Your order will be delivered by UPS who will attempt to deliver the goods to you. They will leave a notice card after each delivery attempt to advise you what you can do to arrange the receipt of your package. Your signature will be required upon deliver.

Wrong delivery address

We will not responsible for incomplete delivery address or wrong delivery address.

Customs duties and tax

We cannot guarantee that you will not be charged any custom taxes or duties as we have no control over these charges. We cannot tell what the cost would be as custom policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Any customs or import duties must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Please check through via local custom office for the charges before ordering if necessary.
