When the heart of the coldest winter months arrives, it's time for a serious coat! But here at Wonder Designs, we are not big fans of puffy over-sized down jackets. Therefore, we created an almost classic trench coat ideal for harsh urban winter weather. And guess what? We made it versatile. You can wear it as at autumn and spring as at a pretty cold winter, by just adding a special detachable lining.

Interestingly, the WonderArmor is classical in design but not as classical looking as you might expect. Let's look it through:

Materials
WonderArmor Coat features a 100% cotton Italian water-repellent shell with PU finishing. It is strong and durable fabric which also great at keeping its shapes. It won't lose its form under a heavy rain and won't let you get wet.

Infrared Reflecting Lining
Thermal radiation, also known as heat, is the emission of electromagnetic waves. Human body loses most of its temperature via its infrared heat radiation, therefore we included a reflective aluminum foil into our heat saving lining. Reflected body heat simply returns back minimizing temperature loses. Moreover, our WonderArmor lining stays breathable thankfully to a micro-perforation on the foil. Technology known since the beginning of 1950 and developed for astronauts, now available with your daily coat!

Versatility
For added warmth, WonderArmor Coat incorporates a detachable lining. By simply removing the lining you turn your winter coat into a classic water-repellent trench coat and vise versa. At least three seasons covered with only one purchase!

Made-to-Measure

You can easily order made-to-measure pieces created accordingly to your body measurements. Made-to-measure orders completion timeframes can take anything from 1 to 2 weeks wait (production time), so please ensure you are happy to wait when placing a made-to-measure order as orders like this cannot be canceled.

Pre-Orders

You can pre-order some items that aren't yet available or take a special methods of manufacturing. Pre-order means that the product is not currently in stock and you must place your order as per normal if you'd like to secure your item before the it sells out.

Demand can be very high on certain items and frequently they can sell out completely via pre-orders before they physically arrive in stock. Pre-orders completion timeframes can take anything from 2 to 4 weeks wait (production time), so please ensure you are happy to wait when placing a pre-order as orders like this cannot be canceled.

Refunds

We accept unused and unopened orders return within 30 days of receipt for a refund. You will responsible for the return expenses.

Once a qualified refund is received we will process your refund as soon as possible. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Though shipping costs are non-refundable. Please take note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If for any reason you do not receive the credited amount within that time frame, please feel free to contact us.

Cancellation & Returns

If you wish to cancel an order placed at Wonder Designs store, please send us a confirmation email with your order number, stating your wish to cancel the order. If your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will not be able to cancel it and therefore request you to follow return instructions. Please take note you have 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us if you wish to return.

Exchange

We are not able to offer an exchange on returned items. If you want a different item, you will need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order. You will responsible for the return expenses.

Please note: returns and exchange are not available for made-to-measure and pre-order items.

Worldwide Shipping (except Russia and North Korea)

We offer standard shipping (15-30 days) and express shipping (2-4 days).

Standard Shipping (10-30 working days estimated for arrival after item being dispatched)

Wonder Designs offers air shipping worldwide on orders placed on Wonder Designs website. Your order may be delivered to you either by the local postal service or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. Your signature will be required upon delivery. If you or someone on your behalf is not able to sign for the delivery, the carrier will leave a notice card to arrange a re-delivery at a suitable time.

There's no guarantee that the parcel will arrive within the defined time. Transit times vary based on the delivery location, customs inspection and others factor. You may also track your order by using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. You will receive an email when we dispatched your order from our warehouse, which it will include a tracking linkage. If your order hasn't arrived by the delivery date in your confirmation email, please contact us.

Handling time

Please allowed us to process your order within 1-3 days after the transaction. Orders could be delivered to most locations within 15-30 working days after the parcels left our warehouse. Orders made from Russia and North Korea will be declined.

Express Shipping

Express delivery takes up to 4 working days, depending on the time of purchase and your delivery address. Your order will be delivered by UPS who will attempt to deliver the goods to you. They will leave a notice card after each delivery attempt to advise you what you can do to arrange the receipt of your package. Your signature will be required upon deliver.

Wrong delivery address

We will not responsible for incomplete delivery address or wrong delivery address.

Customs duties and tax

We cannot guarantee that you will not be charged any custom taxes or duties as we have no control over these charges. We cannot tell what the cost would be as custom policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Any customs or import duties must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Please check through via local custom office for the charges before ordering if necessary.
